1. Select the books you want and send an email to johnjamison2004@sbcglobal.net.

2.     I will immediately pull the books (if not already requested by someone else), put them on hold for you and send an email with shipping options and the total cost.

3. Reply to my email with your preferred shipping option and method of payment.

4. Make Checks Payable to John Jamison

5. Check Payable on US Bank

6. Money Order Payable on US Bank

7. www.PayPal.com (to charge)

8.     Once your payment is received, I will ship the books and remove it from the on-line inventory*.

* Unfortunately the delay between placing the book on hold and removing them from the on-line inventory, may occasionally cause a book to show in the inventory, but not be available for sale.

Book Rate (4-6 weeks) $2.75 first book  plus 25 cents each additional book

Priority Mail (3-7 days) $4.75 first book plus 50 cents each additional book

US Destination for Hardbacks

Book Rate (4-6 weeks) $3.25 first book plus 50 cents each additional book

Priority Mail (3-7 days) $5.75 first book plus $1 each additional book

US Destination for Order with Both Hardbacks & Paperbacks

Book Rate (4-6 weeks) $3.25 first hardback book plus 50 cents each additional hardback $.25 each additional paperback

Priority Mail (3-7 days) $5.25 first book plus $1 each additional hardback plus 50 cents each additional paperback

Please email us for an exact quote.  I only ship USPS and everything is shipped by air since printed matter surface no longer exists.
